All the properties on this website are owned by a family business run by brother and sister, Joanne and Matt Oliver. Joanne and Matt have been landlords of student accommodation around Nottingham for many years and have an excellent reputation with the University and students alike around Nottingham.
Joanne and Matt have always liked the personal approach to the management of their properties and have therefore chosen Beeston lettings agents, CP Walker & Son, to manage their properties. CP Walker & Son is itself a family run business and has been a highly respected lettings agency for over 100 years, since 1896.
CP Walker & Son have managed student properties for many years and each year students only have good things to say about them and the service they provide.
